HOW DO I INSERT MY PROMO CODE?

Before entering your payment information during check out, enter any discount code associated with your order unless a discount is automatically applied.

 

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE ON MY ORDER?

No. Discount codes are only one per customer order.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Google pay and Facebook Pay
Our prices are in US Dollars. PayPal or your credit card may charge a foreign transaction fee besides the exchange rate for foreign transactions. Please contact your lending bank prior to your order for more information on applicable fees.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

All domestic orders received prior to 9:00 a.m., Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are processed within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise shown on our shipping page in checkout). Flat Rate Standard delivery takes up to 10 business days after your order has been processed.

Rush delivery takes up to 5 business days after your order has been processed. Express delivery is available for an additional charge.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?

Yes, we currently ship to several countries in Europe, Asia & Pacific, North America, and the Middle East.

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to change or cancel your US order, please contact Customer Service at (201) 773-2118 within 30 minutes of placing your order. We’ll do our best to cancel your order at this point. However, please keep in mind that our system gets orders on the way as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel your order if it’s already entered our shipping & handling process.
